Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 (16 oz) package powdered sugar
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
- 1/3 cup peanut butter, or as desired
Directions
- Combine mashed potatoes, milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir powdered sugar into mixture until dough forms. Refrigerate until chilled, approx. 1 hour.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on waxed paper and roll dough into a large square on top. Layer peanut butter on top of the dough and then roll into a log.
- Refrigerate for approx. 1 hour then slice into pinwheels and serve.
